About the Firm

John H. Benckenstein opened a law office in Beaumont in 1928, beginning the roots of the present law firm in 1936.  In March 1990, the firm opened its Houston office to more fully accommodate clients in the Houston and surrounding areas.

At present, the firm operates throughout the State of Texas,  offering clients a wide range of legal services. The attorneys of Benckenstein, Reviere and Dresden collectively possess well over 100 years of combined experience in a variety of practice areas, including over 500 jury trials.
